Our definition of Personal Development is this:
Personal Development is self-actualization through self-analysis which leads to self-awareness and the overall enhancement of one's life and all that it encompasses.
What is a Personal Development Plan (PDP):
The PDP (personal development plan), also called an IDP (individual development plan) or a PEP (personal enterprise plan), usually includes a statement of one's aspirations, strengths or competencies, education and training, and stages or steps to indicate how the plan is to be realized. Personal development planning is the process of creating an action plan based on awareness, values, reflection, goal-setting, and planning for personal development within the context of a career, education, relationship, or for self-improvement.
We take it a step further:
We combine your DISC Assessment results with your PDP in order to build the most efficient plan for you! Each plan is individualized and is built to compound monthly into 3 phases that can be applied to multiple areas of your life.
Why your PDP is vital to your life:
You ever wake up and feel unhappy with your life or maybe just not sure what you should be doing? This is often the case with many individuals who come to us. To make matters worse, many of them realize they are repeating the same negative cycles over and over. The PDP helps you to organize, structure, and systematize your life based on who you are, what your strengths are, and the areas you need to improve in most. The PDP helps you to obtain a clear picture of not only who you are but where you are going and what you need to do to get there. Life is a journey, and it is all about growth. The PDP helps you place your life on an upward growth trajectory.
How the process works:
1) Once you purchase your PDP, you will receive an email within 24 hours which will contain the links to your DISC Assessment and the calendar to schedule your PDP planning session with us.
2) During the scheduled call, we will breakdown your DISC Assessment results and combine it with your PDP. The call will take 1.5 -2 hours and will focus on 5 key areas.
Relationships (love, family, & friends)
3) 48 hours after the call, you will receive your detailed PDP as well as the video recording of the call.
4) 30-days from the call, we will check back in with you for progress and adjustments.
